Several Strawberry sounds have been compared to other songs and bands, in particular Mayonnaise Addiction with the Beatles' Rain. But after Mosquitoes ran through my head for a while I found that it had segued into Concrete Blonde's The Beast. I wonder whether Mosquitoes was influenced by the sound and theme of the Bloodletting album... vampires, leeches, and now... mosquitoes!
